IT - Check EPM Add-in for BPC
Check if EPM add-in is installed in your computer
1) Go to Control Panel
2) Go to "Program and Features
3) Check if there is any EPM add-in in the list
4) If there is NO EPM add-in in the list, please contact IT Team for installation. If YES, please proceed to the next step.
5) Go to MS Excel and check the Excel Ribbon if there is any EPM & Data Manager menu
6) If YES, please refer to KB (02)
7) If NO, please go to File > More > Options
8) Go to Add-Ins > Select on COM Add-Ins > Click GO
9) Tick on EPM add-in for Microsoft Office" and click "OK"
10) Close MS Excel and re-open the report / input template via BPC Web
