IT - Android - Intune Company Portal Installation Guide
This article is created to inform readers about how to correctly install the Microsoft Intune Company Portal on an Android device which includes Microsoft Intune management.
1. Open the Play Store to install the Company Portal app
2. Install the Intune Company Portal app
Search for Intune Company Portal and click Install
3. Open the Company Portal app
4. Complete the sign-in process
6. Enter your email address and then click Next.
7. Enter your password and then click Sign in.
8. Enter your 2 Factor Authentication code and click Verify or approved your external Microsoft Authenticator.
10. Click CONTINUE after reviewing what data can be accessed on your phone.
11. Click Next to allow on the permissions
Note: Not all Android devices support a work profile.
12. Activate the device admin app.
13. The Company Portal setup process will take a few minutes to complete.
14. Select personal device if you are installing this company portal in your personal device and click DONE
15. When setup is completed, click DONE.
Step by Step to Access back SDP email after setting up Intune Company Portal
1. Click on Outlook application and you will be prompted to Add Account. Click on Add Account.
2. Key in your SDP email and click CONTINUE.
3. When prompted, click ACTIVATE.
4. You might be prompted to add another account. Click MAYBE LATER.
5. Allow the device to sync the privacy setting.
7. And you should be able to access to SDP email and Teams. If required or prompted for password again, follow step 3 and step 4.
