IT - How to Approve or Reject an IT Service Request
This article is created to inform readers about the steps to approve or reject an IT Service Request via SDP Smart Service Desk. The steps are defined in the following list:

3. Click on the Approve Request icon.
4. The list of current service requests due for your approval is displayed. Click in the Service Request number to view individual service request ticket details.
5. Click on the approval button of the displayed service request ticket.
6. Click on the Approve or Reject button for the displayed service request ticket.
7. Enter your comments and click Approve / Reject.
8. Approval status will be updated as per your previous selected action.
9. Task is complete and you can return to the portal’s homepage.
