IT - How to Create an IT Service Request
This article is created to inform readers about the steps to create an IT Service Request via SDP Smart Service Desk. The steps are defined in the following list:
3. Click on the Information Technology icon.
4. Click on Request a Service icon.
5. Select one of the available services in the Service Catalog.
6. Complete the selected Service Request form.
8. Request will be routed to the pre-defined list of approvers.
9. Upon request approval, an IT service request ticket will be created in the system and a Smart Desk Support Agent will be assigned to assist in fulfilling your request.
