IT - How to Report an IT Issue
This article is created to inform readers about the steps to report an IT Issue via SDP Smart Service Desk. The steps are defined in the following list:
3. Click on the Information Technology icon.
4. Click on Report an Issue icon.
5. Complete the “Report an Issue” form. Attach a screenshot/photo of the issue (if any).
7. An IT issue ticket will be created in the system and a Smart Desk Support Agent will be assigned to assist in resolving your issue.
