IT - How to Search for Knowledge-Based Articles
This article is created to inform readers about the steps to approve or reject an IT Service Request via SDP Smart Service Desk. The steps are defined in the following list:
2. Option 1: click on the search image on the portal’s banner.
3. Enter your search key word. The related article will be suggested below the search box. Click on your preferred article. Go to Step #8.
4. Option 2: Click on the Articles/FAQ icon on the portal’s homepage.
5. Click the preferred knowledge domain.
6. Click on the article name. Go to step #8.
7. Option 3: Scroll to the Popular Articles section on the homepage. The nine most popular articles in the knowledge-based repository will be displayed. Click on your preferred article.
8. Selected article is displayed for reference.
9. Vote for the article if you feel it is useful. You may also print your article or save it to PDF format by clicking the Print Article button.
10. Task is complete and you can return to the portal’s homepage.
