IT - How to View My Existing Tickets
This article is created to inform readers about the steps to view your current / historical tickets via SDP Smart Service Desk. The steps are defined in the following list:
3. Click on the My Tickets icon.
4. A new screen appears to display all your tickets created in the system.
5. You can filter your list further to the following options by clicking the All Tickets dropdown list on the top left-hand side of the screen. You can also sort your list by clicking the Sort by dropdown list.
6. The coloured icons on the right of the list are the ticket status. Click on the ticket number to view individual ticket details.
