Power BI - How to Access Power BI Portal
1. Browse to the following website: https://app.powerbi.com (use Internet Explorer, Microsoft Edge, or Google Chrome).
2. If the below login screen is prompted, enter your Sime Darby Property e-mail and click on “Submit”, otherwise you may go to Step 4.
3. Sign in after keying in your e-mail password when prompted:
4. Once signed in successfully, you should see your Power BI portal. Click to expand the navigation pane on the left and select Browse.
5. Click on Browse and you will find Shared with me. Here, you can view all Power BI dashboards that you have access to.
6. You can also search for the dashboard that you are looking for. In the example below, we are searching for “Command Contact Centre”
7. Click on the Dashboard Name to open it.
8. Quick tip: For easy access, you can add a dashboard to your Favorites by clicking on the star ☆ symbol that appears next to the dashboard name when you hover your mouse over to the position below:
9. Now, you can easily access that dashboard from your Favorites menu.
